Custom test equipment & instrument manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
Contract manufacturing for custom test equipment, test systems and instruments — from requirement analysis and DFM/NPI to prototype validation, low-volume and production. Verifiable delivery at every step; in-house MES supports production transparency and traceability.
Capability matrix
Custom test equipment
ATE / FCT / burn-in / environmental reliability / air-tightness / vision / RF / power & battery test equipment built to your requirements, including test software and data acquisition.
Instrument OEM/ODM
Custom manufacturing of sensors, transmitters, DAQ, display & control instruments and calibration sources; private-label and co-design supported.
Test system integration
Test-station integration, host software and DAQ integration, motion control, signal conditioning and embedded development.
Calibration & maintenance
Metrological traceability, calibration stations, spare parts and scheduled maintenance to keep test assets available long-term.
Engagement models
OEM
Built to your specifications and drawings under your brand; process documents ship with the contract, IP in writing.
ODM
We design and manufacture while you focus on the market; design-file and source-code licensing scoped by contract.
Joint development
Co-engineering with your team (DFM feedback up front); review records and change history kept by both sides.
Low-volume to production
Fast prototyping, prototype validation, production ramp-up; multi-variety low-volume and closed-loop ECOs are our daily work.
Delivery process: from requirements to maintenance
Inputs, outputs and your sign-off points at each step.
S1
Requirement analysis
1–2 weeks
Test-requirement interviews: DUT parameters, cycle time, pass criteria, data interfaces; we will say so directly if it is not a fit.
Test requirement specification
S2
Test architecture
1–2 weeks
Test architecture, BOM selection, software framework and acceptance criteria.
Test plan & quotation
S3
DFM / NPI
2–4 weeks
Manufacturability analysis, NPI plan, key processes and supply-chain confirmation.

Ongoing
Rolling scheduling, incoming and outgoing inspection, periodic reviews.
Monthly quality & delivery report
S8
Maintenance
Ongoing
Spare parts, calibration-cycle management, remote and on-site support.
Maintenance & calibration ledger
Quality & calibration
Deliverables and batch documents at each stage — written into the contract before signing.
| Quality stage | Practice | Delivered documents |
|---|---|---|
| Quality system | Three-level flow: incoming inspection, in-process patrol, outgoing inspection; system documents and certificate list available on request (confirmed before signing) | Inspection flow & record templates |
| Metrological traceability | Calibration stations follow national metrology procedures; values traceable | Calibration certificates & traceability chain |
| Burn-in & environmental testing | Burn-in room / thermal cycling / vibration per acceptance criteria | Test records & curves |
| Pre-scan EMC | Pre-scan before accredited lab runs to reduce certification risk (formal certification by accredited bodies) | Pre-scan report |
| Process traceability | Per-unit records for critical parts and operations (supported by our in-house MES) | Per-unit traceability file |
Cases & verifiable references
Case details are organised by test type and instrument category; verifiable references available on request. Trade & compliance: export procedures and origin documentation follow standard processes under agreements such as RCEP; applicable tariff treatment is determined by customs rulings. We do not promise tariff exemption or guaranteed lead times.
Trace to the part: from flipping ledgers to reading one screen
OEM audits require unit-level traceability, but batch records were split between paper travellers and team spreadsheets — a single quality enquiry took two hours to scope. First-off, patrol and 4M-change inspections travelled on paper and were easily missed; line-feeding checks and FIFO relied on human vigilance, so misbuilds were caught only after the fact.

Charging equipment: one traceability line from SMT to the finished unit
SMT, DIP, assembly, burn-in and packing ran in separate shops, each with its own barcode rules. A finished unit could be traced to a batch at best — not to a specific board, machine or commissioning run. Equipment brands and protocols were mixed, and commissioning data was copied by hand, losing accuracy at the moment of transcription.

Component plant: make the warehouse books real first
Raw materials were stacked arbitrarily with batches mixed; kitting relied on calls and operator memory, with errors found late; inventory was only known at month-end closing — a black box in between. Locations were not defined, and FIFO depended on memory, so ageing stock turned into pure cost.

FAQ
How are lead times calculated?
Quoted and scheduled per stage (S1–S8); binding lead times are in the contract. This page is not a lead-time commitment.
How are drawings and IP protected?
NDA first; drawings and commercial information are used for evaluation only. IP ownership and licensing are defined in writing.
Can we stop after prototyping?
Yes. Each stage S1–S5 can end independently; prototype acceptance is a valid conclusion.
Do you support factory audits?
Yes, on-site or remote audits of production, inspection and traceability; please book in advance.
How are calibration cycles managed?
Calibration cycles are set per equipment category and managed in a ledger, with proactive reminders before expiry.
What is the minimum volume?
Evaluated per product; ramp-up from single digits to hundreds of units is common, subject to review conclusions.
Submit your test requirement, book an NPI review
